Great guns

The original plot I had is coming along nicely one or two weeds but alot easier to weed. Everything is growing well some a little too well & I might not have any in the Winter at this rate. Dig up all the carrots that were left in the ground and prepared them on Sunday to put in the freezer. Don't really like freezer veg but thought I could use these in casseroles if they aren't too good boiled. Patty pans are going great guns at last and pumpkins are forming as well. Main crop potatoes still not all up yet, Red Desiree all up was an ok crop expected a few more.

Some of the photos were taken by my 4 year old and they have come alot better than mine so here goes for a few of Plot 1.

These yellow french beans are doing well, runner beans coming to the end.

Beetroot still growing, lettuces, swedes and parnips. Cabbages & cauliflowers for next year all coming on well in the background.
Savoy cabbages coming on for Christmas, brussel spouts not too bad. Swiss chard in the background doing really well.

Last of all here are the baby chicks.
