Perfect Sunday morning

Up with the birds at 5.30am to get ready to go to the allotment to get some watering done. The same early birds were at the allotment having the same idea as me so I wasn't alone.

Everything is coming along nicely now and have started getting some produce.

These are tom thumb lettuces.

First of my spinach just about right to go with the lettuce for a salad today. Same no toms or cues are ready yet. Having said that the cucumbers have flowers on them but no female ones just yet. Planted a load of tomato plants so hope for some this year.

We have had two lots of radishes grown shame we don't like them very much but I like to grow them to keep the ground ticking over.

The broad beans now have black fly so I'm hoping I get a crop as they aren't growing very quick. Peas are up in the garden and have some peas forming. The chicken jumped into them last night and flatten then a bit twit!
Over all the allotment is doing well these are the list growing:
beetroot
three different sorts of lettuce
cabbages
cauliflowers
brussels
sweetcorn
beans runners and french
parnips
carrots
swiss chard
coriander
radishes ( don't forget them)
tomatoes
cucumbers
spring onions
celery
sweet peppers
potatoes
onions
shallots
properly a couple more ................ that list is long enough ha ha
Off for breakfast now and 40 winks
